From the moment we met, I knew that Emily was a smart cookie. As a psychology major with a sociology minor, her intellect and curiosity shone through during our conversations. Her thoughtful nature extended to every aspect of the session, and she had everything planned meticulously.
Her attention to detail was evident not just in her preparations but also in her flawless hair and makeup, which added an extra touch of elegance to her already radiant personality. Emily, you are stunning inside and out!
As I got to know Emily better, I learned that she is super caring, loving, and empathic. These qualities were evident in the way she treated her friends, how she interacted with others on campus, and the compassion she showed toward everyone she encountered.
It was heartwarming to witness how genuinely she cared about people and wants to make a difference in their lives with her counseling profession one day soon. You’re a shining star, Emily! I know she’ll do great as she heads off to graduate school for psychology with the goal of becoming a therapist.
As we walked through TCU, Emily reminisced on all of the amazing experiences she has had at this school, from pickleball to walking with her friends. I know she’s going to miss this chapter of her life, but I know she’s looking forward to the future.
Throughout her time at TCU, Emily’s involvement in her sorority, Delta Delta Delta, was super important to her and she wanted to highlight that sisterhood by incorporating her sorority stole in several different ways during her session. Her light purple heels added just enough pop of color to bring everything together!
For the grand finale, we had planned a champagne pop at the iconic Frog Fountain — a symbol of TCU's pride. However, Mother Nature had other plans, and the wind that is typical for Texas in springtime decided to play spoilsport.
The gusts were so strong that the idea of champagne pictures seemed impossible. However, Emily's resilience and grace shone through as she handled the unexpected situation with poise.
Adapting to the wind's whims, we decided to split the session into two days, giving us the opportunity to return for the champagne pop when conditions were more favorable. The following day, with the wind at bay, Emily returned to campus, and the moment was nothing short of magical.
